中药栀子研究进展

综述了中药栀子的化学成分、炮制、药理学方面的研究进展。栀子及栀子属的植物中含有栀子甙、绿原酸、藏红花素、挥发油、多糖类等成分。水栀子的成分含量明显高于山栀子，可以用水栀子代替山栀子作为生药，经炮制后栀子中的成分有很大的变化，治疗急性黄疸型肝炎、扭挫伤应用生品，炭品可用于止血，栀了能增强胰腺炎时胰腺腺细胞的抗病能力，同时能显著地增加正常肝血流量，栀子果实提取物（ＧＦＥ）在体外能增强内皮细胞内的增殖。
