| 摘 要： | 目的 研究紫花丹参和白花丹参不同器官-根(周皮、韧皮部和木质部)、茎、叶、花序中总丹参酮、总酚酸、总黄酮的积累规律,旨在为丹参的规范化种植、适时采收、药用部位的扩展、药材质量控制以及合理开发利用提供理论依据.方法 采用分光光度法对紫花丹参和白花丹参不同器官不同生长时期总丹参酮、总酚酸、总黄酮含量进行测定.结果 丹参根(周皮、韧皮部和木质部)、茎、叶、花序中均含有总丹参酮、总酚酸、总黄酮,这3种有效成分的含量随发育阶段的不同而不同;3种有效成分在根、茎、叶中呈现不同的积累规律;就同一部位而言,同一种有效成分在紫花丹参和白花丹参中的变化规律基本一致,但总体上白花丹参各药用成分含量大于紫花丹参.结论 丹参根、茎、叶、花序中均含有较高的总丹参酮、总酚酸和总黄酮,在不同生长时期,其含量存在显著差异,可在药用成分含量较高时期分别采收.
