| 摘 要： | 仙人掌提取物给大鼠口服，对应激型、消炎痛型、醋酸型、结扎胃幽门型胃溃疡皆有明显的抗溃疡作用，且可明显提高胃液中的前列腺素Ｅ２（ＰＧＥ２）含量。

| Abstract: | When administered orally to rats, the extracts from Opuntia dillenii was found to have anti-ulcer action in four experimental gastric ulcer models of, the stressrestration-model,indomethacin-model,HAC-model,and pyloric ligation-model.Statistical analysis showed that the difference between the control and treated groups was significant.In addition,the Opuntia dillenii was found to raise the content of PGE 2 in the gastric juice in rats. |
