| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药黄芪增强机体免疫功能。方法：用１００％黄芪水浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃，然后测定对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖和ＩＬ－２产生。结果：用药组小鼠的以上两项免疫学指标均有明显改变，与对照组相比差异有非常显著性（Ｐ〈０．００１），未见有副作用，结论：口服黄芪可明显增强机体的免疫功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the immunity reinforcement effect of AM.Methods: Filled the stomaches of mice with 100% water extract of AM regularly and tested lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 (IL-2) production. Results: Compared with control group, the lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production increased significantly in AM group (P<0.001) and no side effect appeared. Conclusion: These results indicated that taking AM orally can enhance immune function obviously. |
