序贯三法治疗神经根型颈椎病

目的观察序贯三法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法对490例患者进行了小针刀、真空火罐及手法整复的序贯治疗,具体方法为:①小针刀松解局部性粘连并减压。②用真空火罐自针刀孔吸出淤血及渗出液。③手法整复使受压的神经根位置改变,同时设立对照组。以确定序贯三法治疗颈椎病的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率87.3%,对照组总有效率72.3%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论序贯三法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效肯定,较以往治疗有明显进步,可大大提高疗效值得推广应用。
