摘    要:目的 研究桑白皮多糖(PCM)对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用.方法 采用四氯化碳(CCl4)、扑热息痛(AAP)、硫代乙酰胺(TAA)致小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定小鼠血清ALT、AST活性.结果 PCM对CCl4、AAP所致小鼠实验性肝损伤有明显保护作用.但PCM对TAA所致小鼠实验性肝损伤无明显的保护作用.结论 PCM可明显降低CCl4、AAP致小鼠急性肝损伤模型血清ALT、AST活性,而对TAA致小鼠急性肝损伤模型血清ALT、AST活性无明显作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of Morus alba L polysaccharide on experimental liver injuries. M; The activity of serum ALT,AST were measured in the model mice of liver injury induced by carbon tetraehloride(CCl4), Acetaminophen(AAP) and Thioacetamide (TAA). Results The serum ALT, AST activity was significantly lowered in the model mice of liver injure induced by CCl4 AAP and TAA after Morus alba L polysaccharide was given orally. Condgsion Morus alba L polysaccharide exhibited protective effect on experimental liver injuries.
