中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的对比研究

目的对比研究大蒜、芒硝外敷联合抗生素与单独应用抗生素治疗阑尾周围脓肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院120例阑尾周围脓肿病例,其中治疗组60例:大蒜、芒硝外敷联合抗生素治疗,对照组60例:单用抗生素治疗。观察指标有体温、血常规(白细胞、中性粒细胞比例)、腹痛、腹胀、脓肿大小、住院时间、治疗费用。结果治疗组体温和血常规(白细胞、中性粒细胞比例)恢复正常、腹痛腹胀缓解及脓肿变小所需时间较对照组明显缩短(P0.05),且缩短住院时间、降低治疗费用(P0.05),有明显统计学意义。结论大蒜、芒硝外敷联合抗生素治疗阑尾周围脓肿效果明显优于单用抗生素治疗,可以更快减轻病人疼痛、缩短住院时间、降低住院费用,值得临床推广。

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Abscess with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medlcine

Objective To investigate the efficacy of local apply by garlic and mirabilite associating with antibiotic and only to apply antibiotic on periappendicular abscess.Methods We analysed the data of 120 patients with periappendicular abscess who diagnosed and treated in our hospital, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, inclueding the experimental group with combination treatment（n=60）, and the control group with treatment of antibiotic only （n=60）o Result The time used to patients＇ hypothermy, descent of leucocyte and neutrophil in experimental group was fewer： the time need to relieve the celialgia and abscess diminution was shorter, also the time to be in hospitah the cost of hospitalization was cheaper. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy used local apply by garlic and mirabilite associating with antibiotic on periappendicular abscess was better than the treament of antibiotic only, it was wrothed to be promoted.
