| 摘 要： | 目的观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合金双歧治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法将128例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各64例,治疗组以醒脾养儿颗粒与金双歧联合口服治疗;对照组单用金双歧治疗,观察患儿食欲改善情况。结果治疗组有效率95.3%,对照组分别为82.8%,经χ2检验,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论醒脾养儿颗粒联合金双歧可以提高治疗小儿厌食症疗效,且安全无不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of Xingpi Yanger Granule combine Jingshuangqi on treating children＇ s anorexia. Method 128 children were random divided into the control group and treatment group. The children in treatment group were treated with Xingpi Yanger Granule and Jingshuangqi, the children in other group were just treated with Jingshuangqi.Then we observed the improvement of appetite in them. Result The efficient in the treatment group is 95.3%, the orther group is 82.8%, the divergence is significant by x2 test （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xingpi Yanger Granule combine Jinshuangqi can improve effects on children anorexia without adverse reactions.This treatment should popularize used. |
