管通汤对射血分数保留的心力衰竭患者运动耐量和生活质量的影响

目的观察在现代医学治疗的基础上联合管通汤治疗对射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)患者运动耐量和生活质量的影响。方法选取气虚血瘀、痰浊内阻型HFpEF患者共80例,随机分为管通组和对照组,每组均观察40例;对照组在观察期间予以依那普利、酒石酸美托洛尔、螺内酯,有水钠潴留症状时予以呋塞米利尿;管通组在对照组基础上予以管通汤治疗;2组均以3月为一个疗程。观察指标主要为运动耐量(6 min步行试验)及生活质量(明尼苏达生活质量量表)。结果治疗后将2组6 min步行试验(6MWT)、明尼苏达生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评分进行组间及组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在此研究中,管通组6MWT、MLHFQ组内比较及与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,提示加用管通汤治疗HFpEF在改善患者的运动耐量及生活质量上有明显的优势。

Effects of Guantong Decoction on Exercise Tolerance and Quality of Life of HFpEF

Objective To observe the effect of modern medical treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Guantong decoction on exercise tolerance and quality of life of HFpEF patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of HFpEF patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis and internal obstruction of phlegm and turbidness were selected.The control group was given enalapril,metoprolol tartrate,spironolactone and fursamide diuresis during the observation.Guantong decoction group was treated with Guantong decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated at 3 months with exercise tolerance and quality of life as the main observation indicators.Results After treatment,the 6MWT and MLHFQ between and within the two groups were compared,and there had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,the 6MWT and MLHFQ have significant differences between the before and after treatment of Guantong decoction,the two groups of 6MWT and MLHFQ compared between groups have significant differences,prompt that Guantong decoction treat the HFpEF on improve exercise tolerance and quality of life of patients with a clear advantage.
