OBE+混合教学模式下中西医结合内科学 “闻-见-试-思-悟”智慧课堂的教学探讨

摘    要:中西医结合内科学是一门实践性较强的临床课程,学生应具备较强的理论知识及较强的实践运用能力。课题针对医学院校中西医结合内科学课程在教学中存在的问题,将成果为导向教育(OBE)教育理念与混合式教学模式应用于中西医结合内科学的课程目标、课程定位、授课内容、教学方法改革、学习效果以及考核评价标准认定中去,形成“闻-见-试-思-悟”的产出式、应用式优化教学模式。课程还引入学校与附属医院“以医促教,以教惠医”共建课程模式,以此搭建新型实用性“医-教-学”良性互动平台,最终实现将课程建设与培养目标对接、培养目标与专业需求契合的专业课程授课目标。实践证明,该教学模式对教学效果、学生实践能力以及专业素质的提高有良好地促进作用。

Discussion on Listening-Watching-Practicing-Thinking-Internalizing Wisdom Class in Internal Medicine of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Based on the OBE Education and Blended-teaching Mode

Abstract:As a practical clinical course,students are required to have strong theoretical knowledge and strong practical application ability when learning internal medicine of integrated Chinese and western medicine.Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine internal medicine in medical colleges,the OBE Education and Blended-teaching Mode are applied to curriculum objective,curriculum orientation,teaching content,teaching method reform,learning effect and evaluation criteria in this course,forming listening-watching-practicing-thinking-internalizing optimal teaching mode attaching importance to output and application.The course also introduced co-built curriculum model of“promoting education by medical treatment,and medical treatment benefiting from teaching”by the school and affiliated hospitals,building a new practical benign interaction platform of“medicine-teaching-learning”,finally,which realizes teaching objectives of professional courses that the docking of curriculum construction and training objectives,and the accordance of the training objectives and professional needs.The practice has proved that the teaching model can promote the teaching effect,students’practical ability and professional quality.
