不同糖代谢状态冠心病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白及胰岛素抵抗的研究

目的观察不同糖代谢状态CHD患者血清hs-CRP水平的变化及IR情况,并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法测定38例NGR CHD患者、72例PDM CHD患者及40例DM合并CHD患者血清hs-CRP水平,计算HOMA-IR。结果hs-CRP浓度、HOMA-IR DM组显著高于PDM组和NGR组,PDM组亦明显高于NGR组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。相关分析显示,hs-CRP与H0M A-IR密切相关。结论①随着CHD患者糖代谢进展,hs-CRP水平及HOMA-IR逐步升高。②hs-CRP可能为CHD患者...

The study of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein Level and insulin resistance among patients with coronary heart disease in Diferent Glycometabolic states

Objective To observe the changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）level and insulin resistance among patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） in diferent glycometabolic states, and to investigate the correlation between the two. Methods The levels of hs-CRP and insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR） were measured in patients with CHD of 38 normal glucose regulation （NGR group）, 72 prediabetes （PDM group） and 40 type 2 diabetes （DM group）. Results hs-CRP levels and HOMA-IR in DM group were significantly higher than the PDM and NGR group, PDM group was significantly higher than NGR group, the differences had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that, hs-CRP and HOM IR closely related. Conclusion （1）With the progress of glucose metabolism in patients with CHD, hs-CRP levels and HOMA-IR gradually increased. （2）hs-CRP may be a risk factor that lead patients with CHD supervene diabetes. （3）The dynamic monitoring of the levels of hs-CRP and HOMA-IR and early intervention had positive clinical significance in the prevention of diabetes occurrence in patients with CHD.
