中药、艾灸治疗激素依赖性慢性喘息型支气管炎临床观察

目的观察中药、艾灸治疗激素依赖性慢性喘息型支气管炎临床疗效,以期为该病的治疗提供有效的方法。方法自2009年1月—2017年6月始采用中药、艾灸治疗激素依赖性慢性喘息型支气管炎48例,与西药治疗46例对照,观察2组患者治疗前后咳、痰、喘、哮鸣音缓解(消失)时间及疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组(82.61%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组症状与体征改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药、艾灸治疗激素依赖性慢性喘息型支气管炎效果明显提高,症状消失时间明显缩短,减少了激素的用量。

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Hormone Dependent Chronic Asthmatic Bronchitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine and moxibustion in the treatment of hormone dependent chronic asthmatic bronchitis,so as to provide an effective method for the treatment of this disease.Methods From January 2009 to June 2017,48 cases of hormone-dependent chronic wheezing bronchitis were treated with Traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion,and 46 cases of western medicine were compared.The relief time and efficacy of cough,sputum,asthma and wheezing before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(95.83%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.61%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine and moxibustion in the treatment of hormone dependent chronic asthmatic bronchitis are significantly improved,the disappearance time of symptoms is significantly shortened,and the dosage of hormone is reduced.
