王檀教授基于虚寒病机辨证治疗间质性肺疾病的临床经验浅析

间质性肺疾病是一组肺部弥漫性疾病,为呼吸系统疑难病,呼吸致残率、死亡率高,发病率逐年提高。目前间质性肺疾病的相关研究很多,至今尚无特效治疗方法,而中医药对于间质性肺疾病的治疗具有极大的优势。本文对王檀教授治疗间质性肺疾病从"痹"论治、病因病机、临床分型,具体针对内因成痹、外因致病及加重等因素灵活加减,辨治用药方面进行全面总结,为临床提供参考。

Discussion on the Clinical Experience of Professor Wang Tan in the Treatment of Interstitial Lung Disease Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Deficient Cold Pathogenesis

Interstitial lung disease is a group of diffuse pulmonary diseases. It is a difficult disease of the respiratory system, with high respiratory disability rate and mortality, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year. At present, there are many related studies on interstitial lung disease, so far there is no specific treatment method, and traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in the treatment of interstitial lung disease. In this paper, Professor Wang Tan ’s treatment of interstitial lung disease from the "bi syndrome", etiology and pathogenesis, clinical classification, specifically, flexible additions and subtractions should be made according to factors such as internal cause of arthralgia, external cause of disease and aggravation, comprehensive summary on differentiation, treatment and medication for clinical reference.
