针药联合治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病临床观察

目的观察针药并用联合基础降压药治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病的临床疗效。方法选择阴虚阳亢型高血压病患者93例,随机分为2组。治疗组在给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片基础上加用针刺联合自拟养阴平肝汤治疗,对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,2组疗程均为4周,观察治疗前后血压及中医证候疗效的变化情况。结果2组患者治疗前血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后血压均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组间血压降低水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后比较,中医证候积分均有所下降,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在中医症状疗效比较上治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用联合基础降压药对阴虚阳亢型高血压病患者具有良好的降压效果,且能明显改善患者的中医临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Combined with Medicine in the Treatment of Hypertension with Yin Deficiency and Yang Hyperactivity Type

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with basic antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.Methods 93 patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into 2 group.On the basis of amlodipine besylate tablets,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with self-made Yangyin Pinggan decoction,while the control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets for 4 weeks.The changes of blood pressure and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome were observed before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure levels between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),but blood pressure decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure reduction levels between 2 groups(P>0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of each group decreased before and after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with basic antihypertensive drugs has a good antihypertensive effect on hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of yin and yang,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM and improve the quality of life of patients.
