| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医辨证施护在产后早期急性乳腺炎的应用效果。方法将65例产后早期乳腺炎的患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例,采用采用内服中药、外敷中药、手法排乳等中医辨证施护方法治疗;对照组25例,采用常规抗生素治疗。治疗2周后观察结果。结果治疗组止痛、肿块消散、排乳通畅的天数明显少于对照组,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率52.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义〔P<0.05)结论中医辨证施护治疗产后早期急性乳腺炎临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of applying traditional Chinese medical nursing to the early stage of acute postpartum mastitis. Methods 65 cases suffering from acute postpartum mastitis into 2 groups.
