针刺治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

目的探究针刺治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法选取2017年2月—2019年2月抚顺市第三医院收治的72例符合研究标准的急性痛风性关节炎患者作为试验对象,依据治疗方法不同分为2组各36例。2组均予以基础治疗,对照组此后采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组加入针刺治疗,治疗后对比疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%(33/36)高于对照组的72.22%(26/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3、7 d观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率对比中,观察组为5.56%(2/36)明显低于对照组的22.22%(8/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性痛风性关节炎患者予以针刺治疗效果显著,明显缓解了疼痛症状,安全性好,可在临床推广使用。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,our hospital during the period of 72 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis research criteria as experimental object,on the basis of treatment method is divided into two groups,36 cases are for foundation treatment in both groups,the control group after using diclofenac sodium zyban treatment,the observation group to join the acupuncture treatment,comparing curative effect after treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%higher than that in the control group(72.22%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on day 3 and 7 after treatment(P<0.05).In the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions,5.56%in the observation group was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture is effective in treating patients with acute gouty arthritis,and it can relieve the pain symptoms.
