复方脂桂酊外用治疗银屑病临床观察

目的探讨复方脂桂酊治疗银屑病的疗效。方法选取2017年5月—2017年12月福建省第二人民医院皮肤科门诊的80例银屑病患者,治疗组和对照组各40例,分组则参照随机数字表法。治疗组给予复方脂桂酊外涂治疗,对照组给予卡泊三醇搽剂治疗,比较2组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组和对照组患者的治疗总有效率分别为80%、77.5%,治疗组患者的治疗总有效率与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过8周治疗后治疗组和对照组患者的银屑病面积及严重性指数(PASI)评分分别为(9.44±1.20)、(9.38±1.62)分,治疗组患者的PASI评分与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组与对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为5%(2/40)、7.5%(3/40),2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方脂桂酊与卡泊三醇搽剂治疗银屑病效果相当,中药复方治疗价格便宜,便于临床推广。

Clinical Observation on External Application of Compound Zhigui Tincture in the Treatment of Psoriasis

Objective To explore the curative effect of compound Zhigui tincture on psoriasis.Methods From May to September 2017 in the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province Dermatology Clinic,80 psoriatic patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with external application of compound Zhigui tincture,and control group was given Calcipotriol Liniment treatment.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions occur was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group and the control group was respectively 80%and 77.5%.The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was the same as that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 8W treatment,PASI of patients in the treatment group and the control group were respectively scored(9.44±1.20)and(9.38±1.62).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group was 5%(2/40)and 7.5%(3/40),respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Zhigui tincture has the same effect as Capotriol Liniment in the treatment of psoriasis.It is cheap to treat with Chinese medicine compound and convenient for clinical application.
