半夏泻心汤治疗Hp相关性胃炎临床观察

目的分析半夏泻心汤对Hp相关性胃炎患者疗效与安全性。方法选取2018年6月—2020年3月江西省黎川县人民医院收治的Hp相关性胃炎患者90例为研究对象,按照随机单双数法分为对照组45例为常规性治疗,观察组45例采用半夏泻心汤治疗,对比2种不同治疗方式下患者总有效率和不良反应率。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应率和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前2组患者腹胀、乏力评分差异较小(P>0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用半夏泻心汤治疗Hp相关性胃炎患者可有效提升疾病治疗效果,减少不良反应率,有临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation on Banxia Xiexin Decoction in Treating Hp-related Gastritis

Objective To analyze the effect and safety of Banxia Xiexin decoction on HP-related gastritis.Methods 90 cases of HPrelated gastritis in Lichuan County People’s Hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases)received conventional treatment and the observation group(45 cases)received Banxia Xiexin decoction.The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of two different treatment methods were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).The abdominal distension and fatigue scores of the two groups before treatment had little difference(P>0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of HP-related gastritis and reduce the adverse reaction rate,which has clinical application value.
