中医治疗抑郁症研究现况

抑郁症是目前存在的比较常见的一类疾病,并且对公众的心理健康产生严重威胁,归属于中医学“郁证”的范畴,其病因及发病机制较为复杂。中医药在治疗抑郁症历史悠久,效果好,不良反应少,受到广大医者的追捧和认可。对中医药治疗抑郁症的病因病机、中医治法(针灸疗法、中药疗法、针药并治)做一综述。

Research Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Depression

Depression is a relatively common disease that currently exists,and poses a serious threat to the public’s mental health.It belongs to the category of“depression”in traditional Chinese medicine.Its etiology and pathogenesis are more complicated.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating depression.Its therapeutic effect is good,with few adverse reactions,and it is sought after and recognized by the majority of doctors.This paper reviews the etiology,pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depression treated by therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(acupuncture therapy,Chinese medicine therapy,combination of acupuncture and medicine)
