| 摘 要： | 目的 阐明近20种古医籍医案中刺络放血的工具、部位、出血量及适应病证。方法 从古代医籍验案角度,论述刺络放血疗法的工具、部位、出血量及适应病证的临床特点及理论依据。结果 刺络疗法具有工具多样、部位多变、出血量化分级、虚实皆宜的临床特点。结论 刺络放血疗法的临床运用应因人而异、因病制宜。

| Abstract: | Objective To clarify the stabbed tools, site of the col aterals bloodletting, amount of the bleeding and suitable diseases in venesection and phlebotomy therapy case reports of nearly 20 kinds of ancient medical books. Methods According to these significative case reports in ancient medical books, we discussed the clinical characteristics and theory bases for the stabbed tools, site of the col aterals bloodletting, amount of the bleeding and suitable diseases. Results The clinical characteristics of venesection and phlebotomy therapy contained tools diversity , changeable sites, quantitative grading, and suitable to asthenia and excess syndrome. Conclusion The venesection and phlebotomy therapy is different from person to person , due to il ness should be specific. |
