缺血性卒中模型大鼠脑内GAP-43的表达及首乌仙海片对其影响

摘    要:目的观察补益肝肾中药首乌仙海片干预大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型大鼠脑内GAP-43的表达,探讨其对缺血性卒中神经发生的影响。方法用Tamura的方法进行右侧近端大脑中动脉电凝术造成MCAO大鼠模型。35只大鼠分为药物组、模型组、假手术组。于造模成功后第6天药物组灌胃给予首乌仙海片,剂量为生药9g/kg·d,余二组分别灌胃给予同等量生理盐水,日1次。用免疫组化法观察MCAO大鼠脑内GAP-43的表达。结果药物组大鼠脑内GAP-43表达明显上调。结论首乌仙海片对缺血性卒中神经发生过程中的轴突生长有促进作用。

Abstract:Objeerive The effect of Shouwuxianhai tablets on expression of GAP-43 in the brain of MCAO rats was studied In order to investigate themechanism of action of Shouwuxianhai tablets treat AICD, Methods The MCAO models were established with wistar rats with the method of Tamura' s Themodels were randomly divided into 3 groups, including medication administration ream, model team and sham operated team. The effect of Shouwuxianhai tablets on expression of GAP-43 in the brain of MCAO rats was observed. Result Shouwuxianhai tablets have obvious function on increasing the level of GAP-43 in the brain of MCAO rats. Conelusion Shouwuxianhai tablets can promote the axons with the sequela of AICD to grow.
