丹红联合前列地尔注射液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症34例

目的 观察丹红、前列地尔注射液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效.方法 将68例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例.治疗组,予丹红、前列地尔注射液治疗;对照组,予前列地尔注射液治疗.其它情况处理,两组同样对待.疗程均为一个月.其他治疗两组相同.观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及两组病人治疗前后症状、体征、血浆血脂、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸含量变化.结果 治疗组临床疗效均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性;且治疗组在调节血脂,降低C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸含量等方面,疗效明显优于对照组.结论 丹红、前列地尔注射液治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症临床疗效肯定,可能通过降低患者的血浆血脂、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸含量而起作用.

The Low Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Treatment by Danhong Injection and Alprostadil Injection for 34 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong Injection and Alprostadil Injection in treating the low extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans and the effects on blood lipid, C-reactive protein, and homocysteine. Methods 68 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly di- vided into a treatment group （ n = 34） and a control group （ n = 34） . The control group was treated with Alprostadil Injection and the treatment group with Danhong Injection and Alprostadil Injection for one month. Changes of symptoms and signs, blood lipid,@reactive protein and homo cysteine were observed before and after the treatment. Results The treatment group had better effects than the control group in improving symp- toms and signs and reducing blood lipid, C-reactive protein and homocysteine C-reactive protein in patients with the low extremity arteriosclerosis obliteransConclusions Danhong Injection and Alprostadil Injection could not only decrease the level of blood lipid, C- reactive proteinand homo- cysteinc, but also increase the clinical efficacy. It could effectively and safely interfere injury and inflammatory reaction in the patients with the low extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.
