泰安地区产前抑郁及焦虑状况的调查研究

目的了解泰安地区孕妇产前抑郁和焦虑状况及其相关因素,为针对性的进行孕期心理指导及预防提供依据。方法应用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和Beck焦虑自评量表作为测评工具,对564名孕35周以上产前孕妇抑郁、焦虑症状进行调查,并分析年龄、文化程度、职业、经济收入、居住条件和是否单独居住等因此对孕妇抑郁、焦虑状况的影响。结果孕妇出现抑郁症状的发生率为34.5%,与孕妇职业有关（χ2=3.93,P〈0.05）;出现焦虑症状的发生率23.9%。与孕妇年龄和是否单独居住等因素有关（χ2=18.17,31.92,P〈0.01）;其他情况如文化程度、经济状况和居住状况等无明显差异。结论产前抑郁与焦虑情况发生率较高,在临床工作中,在做好妊娠期女性身体健康保健的同时,应加强精神卫生保健工作。

A Study of Antepartum Depression and Anxiety States on the Pregnant Women in Taian Area

Objective To understand the depressed and anxious state of pregnant women in order to acquire the basis for psychology tutorship and aid for spirit deliver.Methods 564 pregnant women in Taian area were tested with SAS and SDS questionnaires in symptom check.We analyzed the influencing factors on the status of anxiety and depression in pregnant woman with age , education degress , occuopation and economic status. Results The incidence of depression was 34.5% , occupation was significantly associated with depression （χ2 =3.93 , P＆lt;0.05）; The incidence of anxiety was 23.9% , Age and living alone were significantly associated with anxiety （P＆lt;0.05） .education degree , economical status had no significant association with anxiety and depression （χ2 =18.17 , 31.92 , P＆lt;0.01） .Conclusions Anxiety and depression occur in some part of pre-labor women.The author suggest while doing the body health care we should strengthen the mental health care of the pregnant women.
