苦柏洗剂联合马应龙痔疮膏治疗肛周脓肿术后创面愈合临床观察

目的观察苦柏洗剂联合马应龙痔疮膏治疗肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法将128例行肛周脓肿一次性根治术患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各64例。对照组用盐酸头孢替安注射液静脉滴注,配以高锰酸钾1∶5000熏洗坐浴创面治疗;研究组采用苦柏洗剂联合马应龙痔疮膏治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、术后创面疼痛情况、肛缘水肿情况和创面愈合情况。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者术后创面疼痛评分、肛缘水肿评分均显著降低,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后创面平均愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦柏洗剂联合马应龙痔疮膏治疗肛周脓肿术后创面愈合临床疗效较好,能有效降低患者术后创面疼痛程度,改善患者肛缘水肿情况,缩短术后创面愈合时间。

Observation of Clinical Curative Effect of Kubai Lotion Combined with Mayinglong Hemorrhoids Ointment on Wound Healing after Perianal Abscess

Objective To observe the curative effect of Kubai lotion combined with Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment on wound healing after perianal abscess.Methods 128 patients undergoing one-time radical resection of perianal abscess were randomly divided into a control group and a study group of 64 cases.The control group was intravenously infused with cefotiam hydrochloride injection and equipped with a potassium permanganate 1:5000 fumigation bath.Wound treatment;the research group was treated with Kubai lotion combined with Mayinglong hemorrhoids cream.The clinical efficacy,postoperative wound pain,anal edema and wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical cure rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative wound pain score and anal edema score of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the study group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);The average wound healing time was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kubai lotion combined with Ma Yinglong hemorrhoids cream has a good clinical effect on wound healing after perianal abscess.It can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative wound pain,improve the patient’s anal edema and shorten the postoperative wound healing time.
