摘    要:目的观察北五味子提取物对东莨菪碱所致小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。方法应用东莨菪碱建立小鼠学习记忆障碍模型;应用跳台法观察北五味子提取物对其改善作用。结果北五味子提取物可以延长东莨菪碱记忆获得障碍小鼠的跳台潜伏期,减少错误次数。结论北五味子提取物对东莨菪碱所致的小鼠学习记忆障碍有明确的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe effects of Bei Wu Wei Zi (BWWZ) extract on learning and memory dysfunction of mice induced by Scopolamine. Method: Scopolamine was used for establishment of the animal model in learning and memory dysfunction, and the step-down method for the observation of effects of BWWZ extract on learning and memory dysfunction.
