| 摘 要： | 我国长期以来高度重视中医药事业的发展,为了适应大健康时代对中医药人才的多样化需求,笔者导师团队通过在中医药院校统一教育模式下,结合中医类本科师承教育、大学生创新创业训练计划项目、互联网+大赛、实验室开放中对学生个性化培养目标及措施的探索与实践,探讨中医药人才个性化培养的有效途径,但要培养出高素质拔尖的创新中医药人才,还需要进一步完善中医药人才的个性化培养方案及评价体系。

| Abstract: | China has long attached great importance to the development of Chinese medicine.In order to adapt to the diversified needs of Chinese medicine talents in the era of great health,the tutor team through the unified education model of universities of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the exploration and practice of individualized training objectives and measures for students about Chinese medicine undergraduate education,college students’innovative entrepreneurship training program,Internet and contest,laboratory opening,treat of the effective ways of individualized cultivation of Chinese medicine talents were discussed.But to cultivate high-quality innovative Chinese medicine talents,we need to perfect the individualized training plan and evaluation system of Chinese medicine talents. |
