高龄手术患者中医护理干预临床应用评价

目的探讨高龄手术患者中医护理干预的临床应用效果。方法2016年1月—2017年6月收治的高龄手术患者111例随机分成对照组52例和试验组59例。对照组实行常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上予以中医护理干预。比较2组患者护理干预的临床应用效果及以手术患者生活质量量表比较2组患者临床治疗前后的生活质量。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率、住院时长显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗效果维度、生理功能维度、心理素质维度、社会活动维度和总分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高龄手术患者基于中医护理干预可显著提高治疗效果,缩短住院时间,改善术后生活质量,为高龄患者术后康复护理提供了参考依据。

Evaluation on the Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention for Elderly Patients Undergoing Operation

Objective To explore the clinical application of TCM nursing intervention for elderly patients undergoing operation.Methods 111 elderly surgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group(52 cases)and experimental group(59 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical effect of nursing intervention and the quality of life of patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and length of hospitalization in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect,physiological function,psychological quality,social activity and total scores in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion TCM nursing intervention can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,shorten hospitalization time and improve the quality of life of elderly patients after operation,which provides a reference for rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients after operation.
