中医护理对心律失常患者心理状况及依从性的影响

目的探讨中医护理联合家庭延伸康复护理心律失常患者心理状况及依从性的影响。方法收集2018年5月—2019年5月收治的心律失常患者68例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者予以家庭延伸康复护理,试验组患者予以家庭延伸康复护理联合中医护理,比较2组患者疗效、心理状况及依从性。结果与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,SAS、SDS评分较低,试验组自测血压、遵医嘱用药、合理饮食、规范运动以及定期复查的遵医嘱依从性较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭延伸康复护理联合中医护理能有效改善心律失常患者护理效果,提高遵医嘱依从性,改善负面情绪。

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Psychological Status and Compliance of Patients with Arrhythmia

Objective To explore the effect of extended family rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on psychological status and compliance of patients with arrhythmia.Methods 68 patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 34 cases in each.The control group received extended family rehabilitation nursing,and the experimental group received more with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The curative effect,psychological status and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher,the scores of SAS and SDS were lower,the compliance of the experimental group with self-measured blood pressure,medication according to doctor’s advice,reasonable diet,regular exercise and regular review were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Family extended rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the nursing effect of patients with arrhythmia,improve compliance with doctor’s orders,and improve negative emotions.
