安神汤辨证治疗肝郁气滞型失眠临床观察

目的探究安神汤加减辨证治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床效果。方法将收治的96例肝郁气滞型失眠的患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,实验组用安神汤治疗,对照组用艾司唑仑片治疗,判别治疗效果。结果经研究,实验组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数显著优于对照组,实验组治疗总有效率97.92%显著高于对照组79.17%,且实验组不良反应发生概率4.17%显著低于对照组20.83%,差异显著,P<0.05。结论采用安神汤加减辨证治疗,有利于改善患者临床症状,提升睡眠质量,减少不良反应。

Clinical Observation on Anshen Decoction in the Treatment of Stagnated Liver and Qi Stagnation Insomnia Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Anshen decoction in the treatment of stagnated liver and qi stagnation insomnia.Methods Ninety-six patients with stagnated liver qi and qi stagnation insomnia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with Anshen decoction,and the control group was treated with estazolam tablets.The therapeutic effect was determined.Results After study,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.17%).The probability of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.83%),and the difference was significant P<0.05.Conclusion Anshen decoction is beneficial to improve clinical symptoms and sleep quality,and reduce adverse reactions.
