益气养阴活络法治疗2型糖尿病50例

目的观察益气养阴活络法治疗2型糖尿病50例临床疗效。方法将临床2型糖尿病患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组,在对照组治疗基础上加益气养阴活络中药治疗。结果两组显效率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组;两组治疗前后各项指标比较提示益气养阴活络法结合西药常规治疗糖尿病疗效优于单纯西药常规治疗。讨论中医药益气养阴活络法能有效改善糖尿病患者临床症状、降低血糖疗效优于单纯西药常规治疗。

Objective Yiqi Yangyin active observation of treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus 50 cases of clinical efficacy. Methods Clinical patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 100 cases of treatment group and control group. Treatment in the control group based on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of active Yiqi Yangyin. Results Significantly the efficiency of the two groups of comparison, the differences were significant,the treatment group than the control group of outstanding.Indicators were compared before and after treatment.Yiqi Yangyin prompted active in conjunction with conventional Western medicine treatment of diabetes effects of western medicine is better than conventional treatment. Objective Chinese medicine active Yiqi Yangyin law can be effective in improving clinical symptoms of diabetes, lowering blood glucose.Yiqi Yangyin active method of Chinese medicine more effective than conventional treatment of Western Medicine.
