归脾汤合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤结合心理干预治疗传染病产后抑郁44例

目的：以中医理论为依据，阐述了传染性产妇产后抑郁症的主要病机为肝气郁结，气机阻滞，心脾两虚，并以归脾汤合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤结合心理干预法治疗。方法选取我院2011年1月至2014年1月生产的传染性产妇87例随机分成两组，实验组44例采用归脾汤合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤结合心理干预治疗法。对照组43例采用单纯心理干预法，于产后4周、产后6周采用爱登堡产后抑郁量表评估。结果产后4周实验组有效率为41%，对照组有效率为14%；产后6周实验组有效率为77.3%，对照组为44.2%。结论临床观察的结果表明归脾汤合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤结合心理干预治疗传染性产妇产后抑郁较单纯心理干预法疗效显著。

Clinical Study of Postpartum Depression Treated by Guipi Decoction Combined with Chaihu Longgumuli Decoction Combined with Psychological Intervention

Objective Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory, elaborated the main pathogenesis of infectious puerperal depression of liver qi stagnation, Qi block, heart-spleen deficiency, taking Guipi Decoction Combined with Chaihu Longgumuli Decoction combined with mental intervention therapy. Methods Take 87 patients of heart lienal in our hospital from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2014 as and were divided into two groups randomly, experimental group 44 patients using Guipi Decoction Combined with Chaihu Longgumuli Decoction combined with psychological intervention therapy. 43 patients in the control group treated by psychological intervention, at 4 weeks postpartum and postpartum 6 weeks using Edinburg postnatal depression scale evaluation. Results 4 weeks postpartum in experimental group was 41%and the control group was 14%; 6 weeks postpartum in experimental group was 77.3% and 44.2% in the control group. Conclusion The results of this study shows that the treatment curative effect of Guipi Decoction Combined with Chaihu Longgu Oyster soup combined with psychological intervention treatment of postpartum depression is significant better compared with psychological intervention effect.
