中西医对血管病变致糖尿病足的认识

目的中西医在血管病变对糖尿病足的认识。方法应用血管病变对糖尿病足作为基础,采用中西医结合的方法在不同时期、应用不同的中西医结合方法做相应的治疗。结果中西医结合治疗可以减低患病率,减低截肢率,提高疗效。结论中西医相互补充,提高疗效在临床治疗中有重要的应用价值。

Applications to Diabetic Foot of Vascular Lesions Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective To study traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on vascular lesions of diabetic foot. Methods the vascular lesions of diabetic foot as the basis,methods of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in different periods,different combination methods do the corresponding treatment. Results the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can reduce the prevalence rate,reduce the amputation rate,improve the curative effect. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine complement each other,improve the curative effect has important application value in the clinical treatment of intermediate.
