益气养阴化癖汤治疗慢性胃炎临床观察

目的探究益气养阴化癖汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法收集2019年1月—2019年12月中国医科大学附属盛京医院消化内科收治的慢性胃炎患者70例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上予以益气养阴化癖汤。2组均连续治疗4周。治疗结束后对比分析2组临床疗效、胃动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)、胃泌素(GAS)及不良反应。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。治疗后2组MTL、SP及GAS水平升高(P<0.05),且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气养阴化癖汤治疗慢性胃炎能提高疗效,安全性较高。

Clinical Observation on Yiqi Yangyin Huapi Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huapi decoction on chronic gastritis.Methods 70 cases of chronic gastritis were collected from January 2019 to December 2019 in the department of gastroenterology of our hospital.According to the randomized control table,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine.The experimental group was given Yiqi Yangyin Huapi decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.After the treatment,the clinical effect,motilin(MTL),substance P(SP),gastrin(gas)and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MTL,SP and gas in 2 groups increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of MTL,SP and gas in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huapi decoction can improve the curative effect and has high safety.
