上肢康复机器人联合针刺治疗对中风上肢运动功能及日常生活能力的影响

摘    要:目的探索上肢康复机器人辅助训练系统(Robot-assisted rehabilitation therapy system,RT)联合针刺治疗(Acupuncture treatment,AT,RT联合AT以下简称RAT)对中风患者上肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力(Activity of daily life,ADL)的影响。方法将收集的40例中风患者随机分成RAT组和常规康复治疗(Conventional rehabilitation therapy,CT)组,各20例。CT组患者进行每日1次常规康复训练,RAT组患者进行每日1次CT和每日1次RAT,共治疗3周,5次/周。分别在治疗前和治疗后对患者进行改良Barthel指数(Modified barthelindex,MBI)和Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表上肢部分(Fugl-meyer assessment of upper extremity,FMA-UE)的评估。结果经过3周时间的治疗后,2组患者的MBI评分、FMA-UE评分都有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后RAT组MBI评分和FMA-UE评分都优于CT组(P<0.05)。结论上肢康复机器人联合针刺治疗能够有效促进中风患者上肢运动功能康复和日常生活能力恢复。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of upper limb function recovery robot-assisted rehabilitation therapy system(RT)combined with acupuncture treatment(AT)on the regain of motor function and activity of daily life(ADL)in patients with stroke.Methods 40 patients were optional divided into(RT combined with AT)RAT group(20 cases)and conventional rehabilitation therapy(CT)group(20 cases).Patients in the CT group received traditional healthy training and acupuncture treatment once a day,5 times/week and 3 weeks.Patients in the RAT group received conventional rehabilitation training once a day and upper limb rehabilitation robot-assisted training combined with acupuncture treatment once a day for a total of 3 weeks and 5 times/week.The modified Barthel index(MBI)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Upper Extremity(FMA-UE)were assessment before and after therapy.Results After 3 weeks treatment,MBI scores and FMA-UE scores in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).After remedy,MBI grade and FMA-UE score in RAT group were better than those in CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion The upper limb rehabilitation RT combined with AT can directly promote the recovery of arm motor function and the recovery of ADL of patients with stroke.
