高压氧联合针刺疗法佐治突发性耳聋临床观察

目的比较单纯针刺与高压氧联合针刺佐治突发性耳聋(简称突聋)的疗效。方法对耳鼻喉科收治的253例突聋的资料进行回顾性分析,比较接受常规药物治疗基础上的单纯针刺(A组,136例)与高压氧联合针刺(B组,117例)佐治突聋1个疗程后的疗效。结果2组患者的听阈值均较治疗前有所下降(P<0.05);对于轻、中度突聋患者,B组的治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05);2组的中重度、重度及全聋患者的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺佐治突聋具有一定的效果,而高压氧联合针刺佐治突发性耳聋具有更好的疗效,其中高压氧联合针刺佐治轻、中度突发性耳聋的疗效好于单纯针刺治疗,两种佐治方法对中重度及以上突聋患者的疗效还需进一步论证。

The Clinical Observation of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

Objective To compare the efficacy of acupuncture alone and hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 253 patients with sudden deafness admitted to otorhinolaryngology department were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received conventional drug treatment.The therapeutic effects of acupuncture alone(group A,136 cases)and hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture(group B,117 cases)were compared.Results After a course of treatment,the two groups of patients had good curative effect(P<0.05);the total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05);the effective rate of mild and moderate sudden deafness in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05);there were no significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy of moderate to severe deafness,severe deafness and total deafness(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion has certain effect on sudden deafness,while hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture has a better effect on sudden deafness.The curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with acupuncture in the treatment of mild and moderate sudden deafness is better than that of acupuncture alone.The curative effect of the two adjuvant methods for patients with moderate to severe sudden deafness and above needs further demonstration.
