宋林萱教授辨治干燥综合征临证经验

目前中医辨治干燥综合征多从“燥痹”立论辨治,治则多以润燥滋阴主。宋林萱教授是辽宁省名中医,为大连市名中医学术经验继承工作指导老师,从事中医临床、教学、科研工作近40载。老师热爱中医事业,精研临床医术,一直坚定“学经典,做临床”,潜心钻研历代各名家、大家的诊治思路和学术思想运用于临床痹证的治疗中,积累了丰富的痹证治疗的临床经验。而在治疗燥痹的过程当中,师古不泥古、创新不离宗,提出燥痹以脾肺阴虚为多,治以养津润燥之法以滋脾肺之阴,在临床治疗中取得了良好的疗效。本文介绍宋林萱教授运用此法治疗干燥综合征的典型病例,治疗过程中辨证准确,组方合理,疗效确切,是宋林萱教授从脾、肺论治燥痹的经验小结。

Professor Song Linxuan’s Clinical Experience in Treating Sjogren’s Syndrome

At present,the differentiation and treatment of Sjgren's syndrome is mainly based on the theory of"dryness bi",and the treatment is mainly based on nourishing dryness and nourishing Yin.Professor Song Linxuan is a famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Liaoning Province,and is the instructor of the academic experience inheritance of famous Chinese medicine practitioners in Dalian.She has been engaged in TCM clinical practice,teaching and scientific research for nearly 40 years.The teacher loves the TCM and focuses on clinical medicine,and has been committed to"learning classics,doing clinical".She has devoted herself to studying the diagnosis and treatment ideas and academic thoughts of all the famous scholars in the past dynasties and applied them to the clinical treatment of arthralgia,and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of arthralgia.In the process of curing dryness bi,Professor Song Linxuan proposed that dryness bi is mainly caused by Yin deficiency of spleen and lung,and the method of nourishing Yin of spleen and lung to nourish dryness has achieved good curative effect in clinical treatment.This paper introduces the typical cases of Sjogren's syndrome treated by Professor Song Linxuan with this method.It is a summary of Professor Song Linxuan's experience in treating dryness from the perspective of spleen and lung.
