烙灸对大鼠腰椎间盘突出髓核重吸收过程中腰肌损伤修复的VEGF的影响

摘    要:目的探讨烙灸疗法对髓核细胞中VEGF的表达的影响。方法将SD大鼠30只随机分为烙灸组、模型组和空白组,每组10只。采用公认尾椎椎间盘腰椎硬膜外埋置法造模1个月后进行干预。烙灸组在腰椎局部行烙灸疗法,1次/d,每次10 min。模型组大鼠固定器上固定10 min,每天1次,不予其他干预。空白组大鼠不予造模和干预。三组大鼠每组均干预6月后进行取材。采用Western Blot法对髓核细胞的中VEGF进行检测。结果烙灸组的髓核细胞中VEGF的表达量明显高于空白组及模型组(P<0.05)。结论烙灸疗法可以促进大鼠椎间盘髓核细胞中VEGF的表达,进一步证明烙灸可以促进新生血管的形成。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion on the expression of VEGF in nucleus pulposus cells.Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into moxibustion group,model group and blank group,with 10 rats in each group.The model was established by the method of caudal intervertebral disc and lumbar epidural embedding,and intervention was carried out one month later.In the moxibustion group,the lumbar spine was treated with moxibustion,once a day,10 minutes each time.The rats in the model group were fixed on the fixator for 10 minutes,once a day,without other intervention.The rats in the blank group were not given model and intervention.Rats in each group were intervened for 6 months.The expression of VEGF in nucleus pulposus cells was detected by Western blot.Results The expression of VEGF in the nucleus pulposus cells of the moxibustion group was significantly higher than that of the blank group and the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion therapy can promote the expression of VEGF in nucleus pulposus cells of intervertebral disc,which further proves that moxibustion therapy can promote the formation of neovascularization.
