灯盏花抗肝纤维化作用的研究进展

肝纤维化是许多慢性致病因素作用于肝脏，以细胞外基质在肝脏内沉积为特征，是慢性肝病发展到肝硬化、肝癌的必经途径。寻找有效的抗肝纤维化药物是近年研究的热点，其中对灯盏花的研究也取得了一定进展。现就近几年灯盏花对肝星状细胞增殖和凋亡、细胞外基质合成的影响等方面的研究做一综述。
