牵牛子(黑丑、白丑)生熟饮片的紫外谱线组法鉴别研究

摘    要:目的:建立牵牛子(黑丑、白丑)生熟饮片的紫外谱线组,以鉴别黑丑与白丑,及其生熟饮片。方法:以水、甲醇、乙醇、三氯甲烷和石油醚(60~90℃)为溶剂,对黑丑、白丑生熟饮片进行超声提取,采用紫外分光光度法测定提取液的紫外吸收图谱(200~400hm),建立各样品的紫外谱线组。结果:除水提液外,其他溶剂提取液炒牵牛子比生品牵牛子紫外吸收有增加趋势,黑丑与白丑的水提取液吸收图谱差异明显。结论:牵牛子(黑丑、白丑)生熟饮片水提液的紫外谱线组有明显差异,用紫外谱线组法可以鉴别其生熟饮片。

The Study and Comparison of Ultraviolet Spectrum Group of Medicinal Semen Pharbitidis(Heichou and Baichou)Decoction Pieces

Abstract:Objective: To set up the ultraviolet spectrum group of semen pharbitidis ( Heichou and Baichou) decoction pieces and to contrast the change of ultraviolet atlas absorption maximum before and after processing drugs. Method: With water, MeOH, EtOH, chloroform and Petroleum Ether (60 - 90℃ ) as extract solvent, samples were disrupted by ultrasonication and determined UV absorption (200 -400nm). Result: Without the water extract, the ultraviolet absorption of products fried showed only an increasing trend as compared with no fried, there were greater differences in the ultraviolet spectrum of the water extract of Heichou and Baichou. Conclusion: Semen pharbitidis (Heichou and Baichou) decoction pieces can be identificated by UV spectrum group.
