| 摘 要： | 随着世界人口的老龄化,阿尔茨海默症已成为严重威胁老人健康的四大疾病之一.研究并建立可靠的AD动物模型对于探明阿尔茨海默症的病因、发病机制及防治药物的研究与开发均具有重要意义.本文对AD动物模型的研究进展及其评价作一简要综述.

| Abstract: | With the aging of world's population,Alzheimer's disease has become one of the four serious diseases which threat to the health of the elderly.It is very important to research and establish a reliable animal model for AD in proving Alzheimer's disease etiology,developing of prevention drug research.In this paper,an animal model of AD research and evaluation are reviewed. |
