针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗成人单纯性肥胖症73例疗效观察

目的：观察针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗成人单纯性肥胖症的疗效。方法：将单纯性肥胖症患者140例随机分成两组,即针灸治疗组和综合治疗组,针灸治疗组采取单纯针灸治疗,综合治疗组在针灸基础上配合中药熏蒸治疗,每周三次,隔日一次,5周为一疗程,共治疗两个疗程。结果：综合治疗组在治疗期间显效率及总有效率均优于针灸治疗组（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗成人单纯性肥胖症疗效显著,比单纯使用针灸疗法见效快、疗效好,是一种效果理想的临床健康绿色减肥疗法。

Clinical Observation on the effect of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine Fumigation for 73 Simple Obesity Patients

Objective：To observe the effect Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine Fumigation for Simple Obesity.Method：A total 140 patients of Simple Obesity were randomly divided into two groups.One for only acupuncture treatment,the other added the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.All of them taking the treatment for two courses,three times a week,and one course for 5 weeks.Result：The Effectiveness of the patients who received the combination treatments was better than those who received only acupuncture treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination treatments of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation was better than the acupuncture treatment for Simple Obesity.
