| 摘 要： | 目的：研究菊苣根总糖的测定方法。方法：采用苯酚-硫酸法，在488nm处测菊苣根中总糖的含量。结果：回归方程为Y=10.908X-0．13264，r=0．9999，线性范围为30-80μg／ml。平均回收率为103．27％，RSD=2．20％。菊苣根中平均总糖含量为平均含量为34．613mg／g。结论：方法简便，结果准确，为菊苣根总糖的进一步研究奠定良好的基础。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the total Sugar in Chicory roots. Methods Determination the total Sugar in Chicory roots by phenol-sulfuric acid method and the wavelegth was 488nm by Visible spectrophotometry. Results The regression equation： Y = 10.908X-0.13264, r=0.9999 （30-80μg/mL） . The average recoveries and RSD were103.27% and 2.20%. The average total Sugar of Chicory roots was34.613mg/g. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. |
