苯酚-硫酸法测定菊苣根中总糖的含量

摘    要:目的:研究菊苣根总糖的测定方法。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法,在488nm处测菊苣根中总糖的含量。结果:回归方程为Y=10.908X-0.13264,r=0.9999,线性范围为30-80μg/ml。平均回收率为103.27%,RSD=2.20%。菊苣根中平均总糖含量为平均含量为34.613mg/g。结论:方法简便,结果准确,为菊苣根总糖的进一步研究奠定良好的基础。

Abstract:Objective To study on the total Sugar in Chicory roots. Methods Determination the total Sugar in Chicory roots by phenol-sulfuric acid method and the wavelegth was 488nm by Visible spectrophotometry. Results The regression equation: Y = 10.908X-0.13264, r=0.9999 (30-80μg/mL) . The average recoveries and RSD were103.27% and 2.20%. The average total Sugar of Chicory roots was34.613mg/g. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.
