裸花紫珠片和痔宁片治疗I期内痔的效果对比分析

目的：探讨裸花紫珠片和痔宁片治疗I期内痔出血的临床效果。方法：我院收治的I期内痔出血患者120例，随机分为实验组（n=60例）服用裸花紫珠片，对照组（n=60例）服用痔宁片，两组同时配合使用化痔栓。比较两组治疗效果，治疗后白细胞计数和凝血时间改变。观察药物副作用。结果：实验组治疗后55例有效（91．67％），显著高于对照组的81．67％（P〈0．05）。实验组治疗后白细胞计数减少，血小板量增加，凝血时间比治疗前缩短，与对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均未观察到副作用。结论：裸花紫珠片治疗I期内痔出血具有较好的止血作用，可在临床用药中推广。

Comparison of the treatment of Luohuazizhu Tablets and Zhining Tablets on the 1 st stage of internal hemorrhoids

Objective： To analysis the efficacy of luohuazizhu tablets and zhining tablets on bleeding internal hemorrhoid. Methods： 120 cases of bleeding internal hemorrhoid were divided into two groups. 60 cases in a experimental group were treated with luohuazizhu tablets. The other 60 cases in a control group were treated with zhining tablets. Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group, 91. 67% VS 81. 67% （P 〈0. 05） . As compared with those before treatment in experimental group, the white blood cell count decreased but the platelet count increased, the prothrombin time and the activated partial thromboplastin time were both shortened （ P 〈 0. 05） after treatment. Conclusion： Luohuazizhu tablets have better efficacy on the 1 st internal hemorrhoid, and can be recommended in the clinic.
