Brief Analysis on the Mechanism of TCM Comprehensive Therapy for Lumbar Disc Herniation

As one of the most common causes of low back pain and sciatica, lumbar disc herniation brings a heavy burden to indi-viduals and society. TCM comprehensive therapy plays an important role in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation, but itsmechanism of action needs further study. This paper analyzes the relevant mechanism of TCM comprehensive therapy in the treatment oflumbar disc herniation, and provides reference and basis for the further application of TCM comprehensive therapy in the prevention andtreatment of lumbar disc herniation.
