摘    要:本研究通过查阅国内外文献,对白矾源流考证、古籍文献毒性记载、临床不良反应及毒性机制研究进行了系统回顾,初步总结了与白矾安全性相关病例特点和影响因素。白矾的临床安全风险主要源于超剂量使用和未经医师指导滥用有关,进而归纳了白矾的摄入与铝的蓄积关系和毒性机制,建议严格遵守中国药典规定的用法用量,避免非医嘱或过量服用,提高不良反应预警意识,警惕长期用药引起的铝蓄积中毒,加强不良反应的防控。

Abstract:Through a systematic study of domestic and foreign literature,this study aims to trace the origin of alumen,and preliminary summarized its characteristics of clinical adverse effects,analyzed the potential risk factors related to the alumen safety.It was found that the safety risk of alumen was mainly related to overdose use or abuse without physician's guidance.Then conclude the aluminum accumulation and toxicity mechanism caused by alumen intake.We suggested that the dosage stipulated in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia should be strictly observed and avoid non-prescribed or excessive use,raised the awareness of early warning and accumulative poisoning caused by long-term drug use,strengthen the prevention and control of adverse reactions.
