胸部DR摄片检查在体检中的应用价值—附6690例结果分析

目的：探讨健康群体胸部X检查中DR高仟伏摄影的应用价值及合理应用。方法：搜集6690例健康体检者的胸部X线片,按照年龄进行分组,对阳性检出率进行分类记录,计算阳性检出率,并进行统计学分析。结果：50岁以上各年龄组各病种的阳性检出率明显增加,50岁以下的各年龄组病种检出率较低,50岁以上与50岁以下组、50-59岁与60-69岁组的总阳性检查率差异具有统计学意义。结论：50岁以上人群行胸部X线摄片检查价值较大,60岁以上人群价值更大。

Application Value of Chest Radiography in Health Screening-Analyzing the Results of 6690 Cases

Objective： To investigate the application value of chest radiography in health screening.Methods： Chest radiography of 6690 cases were applied for health screening,and were divided into eight groups according to the age by ten years＇ interval.The results were classified and statistically analyzed,the positive detection rate was calculated.Results： The positive detection rates of various diseases were markedly increased in the age groups above 50 years.The positive detection rates of various diseases were low in the age groups less than 50 years.There were significant statistical differences for the total positive detection rates between the age groups age groups 50 years and ≥50 years,50 to 59 years and 60 to 69 years.Conclusion： The value of chest radiography is significant in the population above 50 years of age,and is more significant in the population above 60 years of age.
