| 摘 要： | 目的：研究小柴胡汤中黄芩苷在大鼠体内药代动力学参数，并探讨心脏、肝脏、肾脏及尿液中黄芩苷代谢之间的相互关系。方法：大鼠以30g/kg的剂量灌胃后，以不同时间收集尿液并取心、肝、肾，采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中黄芩苷的浓度。结果：灌胃给药后，黄芩苷在大鼠体内的代谢符合二室动物模型。并发现黄芩苷在心、肝中含量较高。结论：小柴胡汤中其他成分基本不影响黄芩苷在体内的代谢，在心、肝中的含量较高，为制定临床用药方案提供依据。 |

A Pharmacokinetic Study on Baicalin of Xiao Chaihu Tang in Rats |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the pharmacokinetic parameters of baicalin of Xiao Chaihu Tang in rats and the relationship of baicalin metabolis m among the heart,liver, kidney and urine. Methods: Urine samples from rats were collected at different times after oral administration of Xiao Chaihu Tang.Baicalin concentration in urine, heart, liver and kidney were dete rmined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The d istribution of baicalin in rats was conformed to be a two-compartment model. The content of baicalin in heart and liver is higher.Conclusion:T he other components of Xiao Chaihu Tang show no influence on m etabolism of baicalin in rats. |
