康莱特注射液联合放化疗治疗晚期食管癌的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察康莱特与放化疗联合应用治疗晚期食管癌的疗效.方法 64例经过手术治疗或经病理确诊的晚期食管癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组31例,化疗用CF 200mg/m2,连用5 d,5-FU 500mg/m2,连用5 d,DDP 20mg/m2,连用3 d.放疗采用直线加速器6MvX线配合以12Mev电子线外照射;治疗组33例,在对照组放化疗基础上,加用康莱特注射液100mL/d,静脉滴注.21 d为1周期,连用3个周期.结果治疗组近期疗效略高于对照组,疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05).但康莱特联合治疗组患者生存质量提高,临床症状改善明显优于对照组.结论康莱特与放化疗联合使用能提高疗效,改善生存质量,减轻放化疗毒副反应.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Kanglaite injection (KI) combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophagus cancer.Methods Sixty-four cases of advanced esophagus cancer,which was confirmed by surgical treatment or pathological examination,were randomized into treatment group and control group. Thirty-one cases in the control group received chemotherapy and radiotherapy and other 33 patients in treatment group treated with KI 100 mL per day additionaly,21 days as one treatment course and the treatment lasting for 3 cycles.Results The short-term effective rate in the treatment group was 51.51 %,which was higher than 41.94 %in the control group,the difference being not significant (P > 0.05). However,life quality was improved and the improvement of clinical symptoms was more obviously in the treatment group as compared with the control group.Conclusion KI combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy could increase the effects,improve and decrease the side effects.
