银杏内酯对三种脑缺血模型大鼠的保护作用

摘    要:目的研究银杏内酯对3种模型大鼠脑缺血的保护作用.方法建立大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血(AICI)模型、大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型、大鼠全脑缺血(GI)模型,以尼莫地平及银可络为阳性对照组,观察银杏内酯对脑缺血大鼠脑梗塞体积、血液流变学指标、脑生化指标、神经行为及脑组织病理变化等的影响.结果银杏内酯降低急性不完全性脑缺血大鼠的脑含水量及脑毛细血管通透性,改善大脑中动脉阻塞大鼠神经行为,减少其脑梗塞灶体积,升高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,降低丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、LA水平;降低全脑缺血大鼠的血液粘度,改善血液流变学指标;改善脑组织神经细胞缺血后病理改变.结论银杏内酯可改善脑缺血状态,对抗缺血性脑损伤,具有明确的脑保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of ginkgolides on three types of cerebral ischemic models in rats.Methods Acute incomplete cerebral ischemia (AICI) model,middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model and global ischemia(GI) model were induced by different ways. With nimodipine(ND) and Yin Ke Luo(YKL) as positive controls, the effects of ginkgolides on the focal volume of cerebral infarction, indexes of hemorrheology and cerebral biochemistry, neuro behavior and the pathologic changes of brain were evaluated and analyzed. Results Ginkgolides decreased the cerebral water volume and cerebral capillary permeability in rats with AICI; it improved rats'neurotic behavior, reduced cerebral infarction volume, increased SOD activity and decreased MDA, LDH and LA levels in rats with MCAO; Ginkgolides could also reduce the blood viscosity and improve the pathological changes of ischemic brain.Conclusion Ginkgolides have protective effects on cerebral ischemia by improving cerebral ischemia and by counteracting the brain damage induced by cerebral ischemia.
