| 摘 要： | 目的 观察鳖甲软肝丸对肝炎后肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法 将98例肝炎后肝纤维化患者随机分为鳖甲软肝丸治疗组(61例)及保肝治疗对照组(37例)，分别给予鳖甲软肝丸及西药保肝对症治疗，观察其临床症状体征积分、肝功能指标、肝纤维化血清标志物水平。结果 鳖甲软肝丸治疗组对肝炎后肝纤维化的临床症状体征积分、肝功能指标、血清肝纤维化标志物具有明显的改善作用。结论 鳖甲软肝丸对肝炎后肝纤维化具有明显的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chi nese herbs Biejia Ruangan pill(BRP)on fibrosis in chronic hepatic B.Methods Ninety -eight patients with liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B were ra ndomly divided into two groups of BRP ,treatment group and co ntrol group,in which clinical manif estation scoring,liver function an d serum marker of hepatic fibrosis were obse rved.Results BRP could obviously improve the clin ical manifestation scoring,liver function and serum marker of hepatic fibrosis as compared with the contro l group.Conclusion Chinese herbs BRP could treat liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B effectively. |
